Field Jobs
For jobs out in the field, the applicant must have a valid driver license. This is a requirement for HVAC technician jobs, HVAC installer jobs and duct cleaning positions. All field positions are full time. You must be a citizen of the United States, a green card or have permission to work here.
You don't need previous experience with HVAC equipment if you are applying for an apprentice positions. However, experience with hand tools and general construction is a plus. HVAC Service Technicians do need at least 3 years experience with HVAC systems when applying.
Office Jobs
For office positions, a high school or equivalent preferred. Most importantly we are looking for qualified individuals who have a great attitude, quick to learn and passionate about customer service. No prior HVAC or industry knowledge is necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must.

As A Customer Service Representative, you will:
Take calls from customers and set appointments
Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client’s customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
Contact customers as needed about their scheduled appointments.
Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing

Able to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, entering data and completing all required entries prior to finishing the call
