We’re hiring a full-time HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience. An active WA electrical trainee card is required — and if you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you get it.

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, AC units, and refrigeration equipment

• Build and plumb necessary components for each install project

• Ensure installations meet code, safety, and quality standards

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners on site

• Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Active WA electrical trainee card (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help)

• Strong attention to detail and jobsite safety

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in crawl spaces/attics, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

We have an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department for an excited, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As A Customer Service Representative, you will:

Take calls from customers and set appointments

Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client’s customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution

Contact customers as needed about their scheduled appointments.

Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing

Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

Direct customer calls to both installation and service teams.

Able to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, entering data and completing all required entries prior to finishing the call
