    PRESIDENT OF MILLER’S ELECTRIC & ELECTRICAL ADMINISTRATOR 01

    Ashley Adams brings a decade of leadership experience at Miller’s Heating & Air and Miller’s Electric, advancing from Sales & Marketing Director to Vice President and President. During her tenure, she helped guide significant company growth while overseeing business operations, financial performance, marketing strategy, and organizational development.

    As President of Miller’s Electric, Ashley leads business strategy, operations, and growth while continuing to direct marketing initiatives for both companies. She also holds a Washington State Electrical Administrator 01 license and is a certified electrical continuing education instructor, overseeing regulatory compliance and electrical operations.

    Before entering the trades industry, Ashley spent over five years working in nonprofit leadership and community advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights from Roehampton University in London and a Master of Social Work from Boston College.

    Izzy Soares leads Human Resources and Administrative Operations at Miller’s Heating & Air. With a professional background spanning healthcare, regulatory compliance, and operations, she brings a strong focus on organization, accountability, and people-centered leadership.

    Before transitioning into operations and HR, Izzy spent several years in the medical field and later built extensive experience in compliance and regulatory oversight, working with teams across multiple departments to strengthen processes, improve accountability, and ensure operational excellence. At Miller’s, she plays a key role in supporting employees, improving internal systems, and helping leadership maintain efficient and compliant business operations.
