You have made the decision replace and/or add to your current heating and cooling system. What should you expect during the install?
Payment & Rebates
The install will need to be paid in full at the completion of the project. Jobs can also be paid in two parts: down payment before the job and a full balance paid at completion. Financing options are available. If you qualify for rebates and incentives, we will register, complete, and submit all required documentation and deliver final savings for you.
Permits & Warranties
We will pull all permits relating to the job and coordinate with you on times for inspection. In addition, we will also register all manufacturer warranties.
An install generally takes anywhere from half of a day up to three days depending on the project’s complexity. Your Comfort Advisor will inform you of how long to expect your install to take. The installation team should arrive between 8-9am in the morning and will leave your house by 6pm.
Our installers are committed to keeping your house clean. They will wear shoe covers, use tarps, drop clothes, and protective coverings. The work area and your home will be free and clear of any debris related to the install. We will leave the area cleaner than we found it. Old equipment will be removed and recycled.
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Once the job is completed, our installers will walk you through the new system and make sure it meets or exceeds your expectations and ensure you know how to properly operate your new system, including the thermostat. You will be given a Final Feedback Form to evaluate your whole process with Miller’s Heating & Air. We are proud to provide World Class Service and are always looking for ways to improve.
