Yes, Angie’s list accepts reviews from all consumers. A subscription to Angie’s List is not required in order to submit a review. However, Angie’s List is dedicated to upholding their honesty and integrity of their listings and therefore do not accept anonymous reviews. Reviewers will be required to submit contact information such as email address, physical address, phone number, and name. Keep in mind, reviews written by non Angie’s List subscribers will not directly affect the business score of the provider but will be view able by all.
