Government Rebates, Tax Incentives, and More for Vancouver, WA & Portland
Manufacturers and government institutions provide rebates and tax incentives to encourage energy efficiency. We make sure you are able to take advantage of every possible government rebate or tax incentive as you purchase your new HVAC system.
Government Rebates & Tax Incentives
Both the state and federal government will often subsidize energy efficiency through government rebates. Government rebates often come in the form of tax incentives. When filing for your tax return, you can receive a variety of tax credits for purchasing efficient HVAC systems. For example, there is a $450 Heat Pump 2017 Federal Tax Incentive .
Manufacturers will also incentivize homeowners to purchase new systems through seasonal rebate programs. Brands like Lennox run seasonal promotions that will often include rebates and incentives on higher-end equipment. Sometimes manufacturers give away free products like an iPad with the purchase of a new HVAC system.
Utility companies may also encourage buyers to purchase energy efficient HVAC systems. Clark County PUD and the Energy Trust of Oregon offers homeowners between $200-$1,000 in rebates when purchasing a high efficiency heat pump. There are rebates available for residents of both Vancouver, WA and Portland.
We as a dealer may also encourage homeowners to act sooner rather than later, by giving out extra services and accessories. Throughout the year, we have high and low volume seasons . During the slow times, it is not uncommon for us to incentivize customers to act now by sweetening the pot.
We have three main financing programs that we use here at Miller’s. Certain programs may work better for specific customers, we endorse all three.
