You have scheduled one of our service technicians to come out and do an annual maintenance on your heating and cooling system. What should you expect on the day?

Timing

You will be scheduled for a four hour window of time in which the service technician will arrive. Your service technician will call to let you know when he is on his way. The annual maintenance normally takes around 1.5 -2 hours.

  • Check condensate drain

Safety Inspection

Included with your annual maintenance is a safety inspection. During the safety inspection the technician will check for any conditions in your system that have the potential to harm or be fatal to you and your household. If there is a crack in the heat exchanger this may cause carbon monoxide emission in your home. For heat exchanger cracks and other possibly harmful or fatal safety hazards found during the safety inspection the technician may have to shut off your system until the issue repaired or replaced.
